Kenbu Maru Class Transport

KENBU MARU was completed as a cargo ship in 1942 for Nakata Zosensho K.K., Osaka. In 1943, KENBU MARU
was requisitioned by the IJA. On 3 Mar '43, KENBU MARU was bombed and sunk by aircraft of the United States Army
Air Forces and Royal Australian Air Force in the Battle of the Bismarck Sea.
