'Composite Score' is the sum of the weighted scores for each category. The individual category scores equal (Overall Rating * Weighting Factor). In other words, a score of '10' in a category with a weight of '4' is worth 40 points towards the composite score. A perfect score of '10's in every category would lead to a final composite score of 210. As you can see, Iowa doesn't miss this by much, having set the standard of excellence in 6 of the 8 scoring categories.
