2 February 1945:
Urasaki Zosensho. Laid down Kawanami Kogyo, K.K. Shipyard as the 950-ton T.103-class landing ship tank No. 1575.

5 March 1945:
Numbered T.175. Classified as a Transport Vessel, Second Class, Type 103.

11 April 1945:
Launched and laid up soon thereafter.

1 May 1945:
Reserve Lt Mishima Torao (former CO of the auxiliary minesweeper TAKUNAN MARU No. 6) is appointed the Chief Equipping Officer (CEO).

15 August 1945:
Laid up at Urasaki Bight.

15 September 1945:
Heavily damaged in a typhoon off Urasaki, then grounded.

20 November 1945:
Removed from the Navy List.

1 October 1948:
Scrapping completed.
