Urasaki Zosensho. Laid down at Kawanami Kogyo K.K. Shipyard as the 950-ton T.103-class landing ship tank No. 1574.

5 March 1945:
Numbered T.174.

15 March 1945:
Launched.

1 April 1945:
Reserve Lt Sakui Keijiro (former CO of TAIAN MARU) is appointed the Chief Equipping Officer (CEO).

14 July 1945:
Completed and reassigned to the IJN. Attached to Sasebo Naval District. Assigned to 31st Transport Squadron of the Combined Fleet. Lt Sakui Keijiro is the CO.

15 August 1945:
Surrenders at Sasebo.

10 February 1946:
Removed from the Navy List. Designated Repatriation Vessel No. 174. Assigned to Sasebo Repatriation Center.

30 December 1946:
Placed in special reserve at Sasebo.

10 April 1947:
Removed from the list of repatriation vessels.
