5 February 1944.
Numbered T.154

26 March 1944:
Osaka. Laid down at Hitachi Zosen Co. Ltd., Sakurajima Shipyard as a 950-ton T. 103-class landing ship tank.

8 April 1944:
Launched.

5 Jul 1944.
Completed as Army SB craft.

5 September 1944:
Reassigned to the Imperial Navy. Allotted to Yokosuka Naval District. Rerated a 2nd Class Yusokan.

30 September 1944:
Departs Yokosuka for Hachijojima and returns to Yokosuka.

1 November 1944:
Departs Yokosuka via Chichi Jima for Iwo Jima and returns to Yokosuka.

5 January 1945:
Near Iojima, Kazan. Attacked by destroyers USS DUNLAP (DD-384), USS CUMMINGS (DD-365), USS ELLET (DD-398) and USS ROE (DD-418). Sunk at 24-27N, E141-20E.

March 1945:
Removed from the Navy List.
