20 January 1944:
Urasaki. Laid down Kawanami Kogyo, K. K. as Hull No. 9, a 950-ton T. 103-class landing ship tank.

5 February 1944:
Numbered T.130

5 April 1944:
Launched.

3 June 1944.
Completed and attached to the Sasebo Naval District. Assigned to the Combined Fleet. Reserve Lt Fujimoto Shigeru is the CO.

18 June 1944.
Departs Sasebo and arrives at Yokosuka.

25 June 1944:
T-130 and T-103 depart Tokyo Bay escorted by kaibokan CD-24. The ships are bound for Chichi-Jima then Iwo Jima.

27 June 1944.
Arrives at Iwo Jima.

4 July 1944:
Off the east coast of Iwo Jima. Carrier planes sink T.130 at 24-47N, 140-20E.

5 September 1944:
Removed from the Navy List.
