This class consisted of RYUNAN, TONEGAWA and YAMAYURI MARUs. In Oct '42, RYUNAN MARU was sunk by an American
submarine while TONEGAWA and YAMAYURI MARUs were sunk by American aircraft in Aug '44 and Jan '44 respectively.
