This class consisted of PEKING, NANKING, SEKKO, SEIKAI and KAIFUKU MARUs. All were completed as passenger-cargo ships for Osaka Shosen Kaisha
“OSK” Line by Osaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. Sakurajima Plant of Osaka between 1914 and 1920. All were sunk during the Pacific War due to various causes.
