This class consisted of PEKING, NANKING, TENNO, KOSOKU, KOTSU, TOTAI, ESAKI, TENSHO, SEKKO, KOSO, SEIKAI, KOAN and KAIFUKU MARUs
and KIFUNESAN MARU No. 2 and MEIKAI MARU No. 2. All were completed as passenger-cargo ships for Osaka Shosen Kaisha (OSK Line)
by Osaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. Sakurajima Plant between 1914 and 1920.
