This class consists of OGASHIMA MARU only. Completed in Aug ‘36 for Nagakawa Kisen K.K., she was requisitioned on 1 Dec ’41 and converted to an auxiliary transport. OGASHIMA MARU was torpedoed and sunk by American aircraft in Jan ’44.
