(HYUGA MARU prewar)

This class consists of HYUGA MARU only. Completed in May ‘42 as a 994-tons deep sea trawler for Nippon Suisan K.K. she was requisitioned by the IJN and registered the same month as an auxiliary stores ship. She was torpedoed and sunk by an American submarine off Agrihan Island, Marianas in Feb ‘43.
