CHOI MARU - Class Auxiliary Transport

This class consists of CHOI MARU only, completed in Feb ‘43 for Taiko Kisen K.K. She was requisitioned by the IJN in Nov ’43 as a general requisitioned transport and converted in Jan ‘44 to an auxiliary transport. CHOI MARU was torpedoed and sunk by an American submarine in May ‘44.
